On The Map Exhibition Catalogue (2012)

On The Map Exhibition Catalogue (2012)

This is the exhibition literature for the current ‘On The Map’ exhibition at Hastings Art Gallery and Museum which features my work ‘Hiraeth’. The leaflet fold up like a small ordnance survey map: I’m not sure if this is how the museum normally produce their exhibition literature but it certainly work well in the context of this exhibition.

The exhibition continues until the 17 June 2012; do check it out if you get the chance.

I received my copy of Mail Me Art: Medium Without a Message (ISBN: 978-0-9566320-0-5) this week which is the catalogue of a little project that I took part in earlier this year that culminated in an exhibition in Brixton, London, in July.

The book features work by artists and designers for all over the world who all contributed a piece of their work to this project. If you would like to get your hands on a copy of this book you should visit the Mail Me Art website here.

FringeMK Catalogue

Sunday, August 15th, 2010
Posted in: Blog, Publications

I got my hands on a copy of the catalogue from the FringeMK exhibitions. It features my work ‘Blossom: The Space Between Us’ which was short-listed for the painting prize back in May.

Unfortunately I was unable to make it to the exhibition featuring the prize winning finalists Emma Talbot, Michele Fletcher, Jake Clark, and Brendan Lyons. Of course all of these artists feature in the catalogue too. It’s a lovely little book and if you’d like a copy for yourself you should contact the FringeMK organisers: www.fringemk.com.

Moving Exhibition Book

Posted in: Blog, Publications

I finally received my copy of the ‘Moving Exhibition book which features my installation Blossom: The Space between Us. As you can imagine I’m quite chuffed as this is first actual real book produced featuring my work.

It features the work of 100 international artists who submitted work for the Moving Exhibition programme of events which of course includes artists like myself who were lucky to be selected from this bunch to exhibit at a number of venues around London earlier this year.

There is some fabulous and interesting work featured in the book. If you’d like to buy a copy for yourself you can find it here, on Lulu for £29.43.

Posted in: Blog, News Feed, Publications

Those lovely folk at Cut-Click very kindly invited me to contribute a little something to the first ever printed edition of their fabulous art and design zine and this week I finally got my hands on a copy of the finished article. I might be a bit biased but it really is a rather gorgeous little thing. I’m not giving you any sneaky little pictures of the insides, you’ll have to go buy yourself a copy from the Cut-Click store right here - but be quick as the are strictly limited edition.

In case you’re wondering, the delicious cover design you can see here was created by the fantabulous Tigz Rice: www.tigzrice.com.

Other artists included in Cut-Click Issue 1 are:
Simon Philipson, Robin Boyden, Adam Whitham, Gareth Hopkins, Tigz Rice, Carl Harris, Jo Cheung, David Shillinglaw, Marie-Louise Plum, Sarah Ferrari, Danny Coyne, Pino Lamanna, Simon Wild, Warren Craghead, Jonathan Chapman and Lesley Barnes.

Of course if you’re poor and penniless, or perhaps, just a bit of a tigt fisted bugger, you can check out all the digital issues of Cut-Click on their Issuu pages for absolutely nowt. Enjoy!
